Using advanced technologies, Dr. Morales performs a variety of liposuction ("lipoplasty") techniques. Some of these include: traditional suction-assisted liposuction, ultrasound-assisted liposuction (UAL), VASER ® liposuction, and laser or "smart" lipo. Based on each patient's anatomy, desired results, and Dr. Morales' recommendations, one of these methods will be utilized. In all cases, a long metal rod ("cannula") is inserted through tiny incisions, which helps break up fat cells for removal. Liposuction may be performed on the chin and neck, back, upper arms, stomach, hips, buttocks, flanks ("love handles"), and/or thighs.
The final outcome will depend on the individual's age, fat condition and density, and skin quality and elasticity.
