Dr. Morales will examine each patient and discuss the procedural details during an initial consultation. Designed to enhance breast size and shape, breast enlargement surgery ("augmentation mammaplasty") is performed by inserting either saline or silicone gel-filled implants in the breasts. They may be placed above or underneath the muscle, depending on the patient's anatomy, through one of the various incisions offered. Dr. Morales will provide further information regarding the incision locations.

In addition to offering breast enlargement in Dallas, our plastic surgeon also performs breast lift surgery ("mastopexy") in Dallas.
